The air groups receive their final target briefings
Aircrews reviewed detailed target assignments, approach routes and recognition diagrams for Pearl Harbor and Oʻahu's airfields. Torpedo aircraft had trained specifically for the harbor's shallow water, while level bombers carried modified armour-piercing weapons for battleship decks.
